• Psychotherapist & Couples Counsellor

I am a PACFA-registered clinical psychotherapist and couples counsellor with several years’ experience supporting individuals, couples and young people aged 16 years and over as they address a wide range of concerns. My particular interests include supporting people as they navigate insecure attachment, complex PTSD, and the effects of domestic violence or childhood abuse.

Alongside my clinical practice, I have volunteered with WIRE, supporting women and gender-diverse people dealing with or fleeing violence. I also work in tertiary education, lecturing in counselling and psychotherapy and supporting student therapists through individual and group supervision as a Clinical Teacher.

I am currently completing a specialisation in Trauma-Informed Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the University of Sydney, deepening my practice through advanced relational psychodynamic training.

My dedication to psychotherapy is shaped both by the meaningful change I have witnessed in my clients and by my own life-transforming experience of therapy.

  • Psychotherapist and Couples Counsellor

I am a PACFA-registered clinical psychotherapist and couples counsellor. My particular expertise is supporting individuals with complex trauma and marginalised life experiences, though I work with people from all walks of life on a wide range of personal and relational challenges.

I have extensive experience in the community mental health sector as a complex trauma therapist, supporting survivors of institutional abuse and individuals experiencing homelessness. I now work in private practice and lecture in counselling and psychotherapy at the undergraduate level.

Currently, I am completing a Masters in Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy at the University of Sydney. My research explores the inner world of gay men, focusing on how they come to understand themselves through their bodies and relationships.

I am passionate about psychotherapy and education and believe in the transformative power of lifelong learning and self-reflection.
