Psychotherapist & Couples Counsellor
I am a PACFA-registered clinical psychotherapist and couples counsellor with several years’ experience supporting individuals, couples and young people aged 16 years and over as they address a wide range of concerns. My particular interests include supporting people as they navigate insecure attachment, complex PTSD, and the effects of domestic violence or childhood abuse.
Alongside my clinical practice, I have volunteered with WIRE, supporting women and gender-diverse people dealing with or fleeing violence. I also work in tertiary education, lecturing in counselling and psychotherapy and supporting student therapists through individual and group supervision as a Clinical Teacher.
I am currently completing a specialisation in Trauma-Informed Psychodynamic Psychotherapy at the University of Sydney, deepening my practice through advanced relational psychodynamic training.
My dedication to psychotherapy is shaped both by the meaningful change I have witnessed in my clients and by my own life-transforming experience of therapy.

I am a PACFA-registered psychotherapist and counsellor with significant experience supporting individuals of varying ages and concerns. I am particularly interested in supporting people with identity-based issues and those facing life transitions — though, I am open to working with anyone.
I have experience in community health, especially working alongside the LGBTQIA+ community at Thorne Harbour Health. Additionally, in psychosocial support work where I have assisted vulnerable individuals with mental health disorder such as treatment-resistant depression, complex-PTSD and schizophrenia.
I believe that meaningful and lasting change in psychotherapy depends on gently nurturing the process of discovery and integration — a process that I am deeply committed to.

I am a PACFA-registered clinical psychotherapist and couples counsellor. My particular expertise is supporting individuals with complex trauma and marginalised life experiences, though I work with people from all walks of life on a wide range of personal and relational challenges.
I have extensive experience in the community mental health sector as a complex trauma therapist, supporting survivors of institutional abuse and individuals experiencing homelessness. I now work in private practice and lecture in counselling and psychotherapy at a tertiary level.
I am passionate about psychotherapy and education and believe in the transformative power of lifelong learning and self-reflection.
